Quality Policy Statement

The prime objective of the Sensory Laboratory is to provide reliable and independent odour sampling and testing services in a timely and cost effective manner; to use our knowledge to improve existing methodology for the evaluation of all odour attributes including odour concentration, intensity, characters and hedonic tones; to provide highest level of client satisfaction and good working relationship; and to advance the knowledge and management of odour science and technology.

The Manager and Staff are fully committed to the implementation and maintenance of the quality system. Continuous improvement is the responsibility of every staff member in the Sensory Laboratory, and all staff members are expected to participate in all quality related activities.
