The Manager and Staff are fully committed to the implementation and maintenance of the quality system. The prime objective of the Sensory Laboratory is to provide reliable and independent odour sampling and testing services in a timely and cost effective manner; to use our knowledge to improve existing methodology for the evaluation of all odour attributes including odour concentration, intensity, characters and hedonic tones; to provide highest level of client satisfaction and good working relationship; and to advance the knowledge and management of odour science and technology.
